At Cake.lk, we strive to provide high-quality cakes and ensure customer satisfaction. Since our cakes are perishable items, we have a strict no refund policy except in certain circumstances, as outlined below.
- Damaged Cakes on Delivery: Incorrect or damaged product delivered, as stated in our Cake.lk Refund Policy.
- Order cancellation: Within the allowed time frame (see Section 3) is part of the Cake.lk Refund Policy.
- Non-Delivery: If your order is not deliver due to an issue on our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Custom or personalized cakes once the preparation process has begun.
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after the order is confirm and prepared.
- Delayed pickup by the customer, leading to quality degradation.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled up to 3 days before the schedule delivery or pickup time for a full refund, as detailed in the Cake.lk Refund Policy.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery/pickup will not be eligible for a refund.
