  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not deliver due to an issue on our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the delivery.

  • Change of mind after the order is confirm and prepared.
  • Delayed pickup by the customer, leading to quality degradation.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery/pickup will not be eligible for a refund.
