c. All cakes are made fresh and may differ slightly from images due to customization or seasonal ingredients.

3. Orders & Payments

a. By placing an order, you confirm that you are making a genuine purchase offer.

b. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

c. You must provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including any applicable delivery fees.

d. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Delivery Policy

a. Cakes are delivered within Western Province, while gift items can be delivered nationwide.

b. Express delivery and 24/7 cake delivery to Bandaranayake International Airport (BIA) are available with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice.

c. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or peak demand.

d. It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient is available at the delivery location and time.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

a. As our products are perishable, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations.

b. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are issues such as damage or incorrect items, contact us immediately with photographic proof.

c. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on our website.

6. Intellectual Property

a. All content on cake.lk, including images, branding, and text, is the intellectual property of Techyfish PVT Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Liability & Warranties
